Ranma-chan landed on a mountain after Akane hit him. During the flight Ranma flew threw a rain cloud and changed into female. An old man and a child (authors choice: age: 2 to 4 Sex:) saw her land.

When they got to her they were awed to see she was standing and unhurt. They where attack by creatures Ranma had never seen before.

As the fight progressed the creatures pushed the three toward a warp gate that had opened and they fell through. On the other side the evil magic user who opened the gate and sent the ceatures attacked them.

The old guy is a good magic user and fights the evil one. During the fight, the evil magic user used a wand and try to kill the child. Ranma-chan jumped in front of the wand's magic and was killed, so it looked.

Because Ranma died in female form, Ranma's male form is gone leaving her female form. The magic of Jusenkyo is what kept Ranma's spirit save within the now female body, but in doing so that magic was used up and is now gone.

After the evil mage is kill, they leave that place and head to the good mage's home via a teleport spell. Where Ranma-chan or Ranko learned that she can be a wizard.
