Some are the warriors that have come to fight while others are Chinese Amazons. The elders insist that all school age fighters must attend school to keep the government at bay. The groups size has grown from six to fourteen. The walk to school is done in quite talk, telling the new comers of their new school. The information is met with skepticism. That is until they reach the school and see a horde of boys charge a lone girl with long black blue hair. They watch while she makes short work of them. They continue to watch mouths agape, when Kuno still covered in bandages steps from behind a tree. He prepares to attack the girl, while spouting flowery poetry. Once Kuno is out for the count they head into the school Ran Koh hiding in the group so she won't have to deal with the crazy Samurai. Akane spots the group and her aura flares she storms over and pushes her way through the group. She reaches out to grab Ran Koh's shoulder only to draw her bloodied hand back with a yelp of pain. Ran Koh turns and sees four small claw marks on Akane's hand, she looks at them then at Ryoga who shakes his head and points to her hair. Ran Koh reaches in and pulls out Cali while Ukyo bandages Akane's small scratches. Ran Koh holds the kitten up to her face and listens to what the cat tells her. {Cali what just happened?} She asks her little friend, Cali looking at her momma sheepishly. {She was glowing and she was reaching for you so I scratched her.} Cali tells her, her voice bubbling over with happiness. {She did not yet touch Ran Koh Cali she was still several feet away.} Ryoga cuts in with a small proud smile as he can guess what the little kitten did. Ran Koh looks at Ryoga with surprise, he nods to her and she looks back at the little kitten. Cali looks up at her momma with a kitty cat grin and very innocent looking eyes. {Cali how did you learn the Neko-Ken so quickly the other domestic cats have not yet learned it?} Ran Koh looks at the cat, the others around her start to lead her and Ryoga into school so they won't be late. {Sera taught me when I stayed at home. I got tired of _her_ trying to hurt you and hurting me, so he agreed to help me.} Cali said as she leans in and licks the young sorceress on the nose. Ran Koh stares dumb founded at her little kitten she is so caught up in the conversation she does not even notice that her friends have put her at her desk. She looks up with a start when she hears the instructor start class by introducing the eight new students. She hugs the kitten then hands her to Ryoga. She feels eyes on her and looks toward Akane's desk to see the Tendo girl glaring at her anger and hatred filling the other girls eyes. When the classes break the topic for the past three days is still the wedding over the weekend, many of the girls keep asking Akane why she wasn't there. Akane just shrugs and tells them she had better things to do. Her anger growing at the white hair girl. Akane believes that Ran Koh would not allow her to come to the wedding. Since she decides that it was her who was keeping her from the event. /*\*/*\ When lunch finally roles around the warrior group gets ready to leave. They are met at the gate by a redhead man and wait for Nabiki to show up since they are to escort her to the bus stop. One of the new warriors, a redhead boy with an Irish accent notices Akane coming toward them. "I think we are goin' to have a wee bit o' trouble!" He tells his companions while pointing to the glowing Akane as she heads for them like a freight train. When Akane is close enough she ignores all the glares of the other warriors, her breathing coming in angry gasps. Ran Koh stares at the angry girl her head tilting slightly. Akane's anger rising at Ran Koh's perceived mock innocence. "What do you want Miss Tendo? We do not have time for you today or ever!" Akane's anger grows as the new comers to the group begin to snicker. Their faces freeze in surprise when Akane yells and attacks Ran Koh. Akane did not get far when she stops at the point of a very large claymore, at the other end is the redhead boy with narrowing green eyes and with thick accented Japanese. "Lass if I were you I would return to my friends, Ran Koh has made her feelin's known to ya. Do not make the rest of us enforce them on you!" Akane glares daggers at him but it does not seem to faze him. "AKANE OVER HERE!" Comes a shout from Sayuri and Yuka, she turns and heads for her friends. "Thank you Erin, I didn't want to deal with her today." Ran Koh tells the Irishman, he smiles and gives her a salute. "Any time _sis_!" Erin tells her, as he has taken to Ran Koh with a brotherly interest. Erin is twenty five, with bright red hair green eyes, the swordsman uses a claymore. He stands 6' 2" and has a muscular build. His hair is worn short but is thick and wavy. His complexion is ruddy much like an outdoorsman's. He wears a black leather jacket with a red dragon emblazoned on the back, black jeans and tee-shirt. He wears black biker boots with chains across the top at the ankles. Ran Koh laughs which draws Akane's attention. Akane stares at the group her anger festering, a blazing aura around her. Her aura winks out when she sees her sister running up to the group. They turn and wave at the middle Tendo daughter then they all leave surrounding Nabiki protectively. Akane watches them leave her face showing her curiosity. "It is so strange they have been waiting for Nabiki every day since last week, but she isn't a fighter I wonder why they do that." Yuka asks as she takes a mouth full of her lunch. Akane gets up and races after the group, her friends watch in stunned silence. Akane never leaves school in the middle of day. They sit under the tree on the campus and watch while Akane disappears in the same direction as the group. /*\*/*\ The group heads toward the bus stop with Nabiki to wait with her for the bus to show. They know with Kuno back he may start to try and bribe Nabiki back into her old ways. Today he begins to try, for at the bus stop waiting for her is a slightly burned Kuno. The Amazons draw their weapons and prepare to take him down but Ran Koh stops them. They all glare at her, as Ran Koh stands in front of them her eyes a light with lavender fire. The Amazons cringe a little but still glare at her with anger. "STOP!" "Why do you stop us we can take him down easily!" An Amazon with black purple hair and very good Japanese growls at the white hair sorceress. "I do this for your own protection! We all know that an Amazon can wipe the floor with that moron, but _do_ you really want to take the chance that _he_ might get in a lucky shot! Do you really want to taint your Amazon blood line with that moronic Neanderthal?" Ran Koh stares at the young warriors in front of her. "Sorceress speak truth! I no going to fight him!" Another Amazon with white hair tells them. The other Amazons look to Ran Koh then to Kuno waiting for them at the bus stop an arrogant smile upon his lips and a confused daze in his eyes. They all cringe and take a step back. The warriors that are Japanese Amazons smile and walk forward with Nabiki. The carnage is swift as Kuno attacks, when Nabiki gets on her bus the warriors leave with a Kuno unconscious on the ground and one or two of their numbers just coming around. The Chinese Amazons are grateful that they were not one of them. /*\*/*\ Akane hides in a clump of bushes jealously watching her sister mingle with the fighters. She could tell not all were martial artists but they were fighters just the same. She scowls when her eyes fall upon the redhead man as he and Nabiki laugh together. [That should be me I'm the martial artist! I should be part of that group!] Akane's thoughts are cut of when Kuno makes his presence known to the group. Akane watches as the Amazon's begin to draw their many different types of weapons. She watches with surprise when Ran Koh steps in front of the Chinese warrior women. She can not hear what is being said but it has an effect. The Amazons back down and the gajins in the group take Nabiki to the bus stop. She watches with awe when Kuno tries to force Nabiki to take money and she refuses. Her anger flares when she sees him draw his bokken and level it at her non-combatant sister. Her aura flares brightly as she prepares to run and protect her sister. /*\*/*\ Ryoga, Ran Koh and the Amazons tense as they sense danger near by. They can tell the person is not very skilled but is strong enough to generate undeveloped ki. Ran Koh lowers her head and shakes it in disgust. "What is it sister are the demons back?" A dark red hair Amazon asks while she looks around getting ready for a fight. "No sister it is just Nabiki's sister. The one from the school. She must have followed us and I don't think she is happy with that moron." Ran Koh tells them while pointing to Kuno who is fighting a losing battle. "She could be a great fighter some day if she worked at it and learned to control her anger." Ran Koh concedes, while shrugging her shoulders. "Then why not train her we can always use another fighter." The Amazons asks with a look of curiosity. "She is not worth the effort, well at least not until she does something about her anger, as long as she refuses to contain her rage she is no good to us or anyone else." The Amazon nods sagely at Ran Koh's assessment and turns her attention back to Nabiki and her group. The group turns back and watches to group of Japanese Amazons fight Kuno. Kuno's skill is amazing it is just a shame he is such a moron. He manages to take down two of the Amazons but the other four finally put him down. Erin who seems to have many minor cuts helps Nabiki on the bus then turns to help his comrades with the injured. Ran Koh walks forward and begins to cast spells, the group watches with awe as the injuries heal rapidly. When she is done there is no sign of the cuts or contusions save for the damage to the clothes. They all turn to head home and are confronted by a glowing Akane Tendo. "WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED HERE! WHERE IS MY SISTER?" She screams at the group her battle aura blazing around her. "Well lass if ya were payin' attention ya would have seen her get on the bus." Erin tells Akane his with is Irish brogue Japanese. Akane turns to glare at the smug Irishman, she screams in raged and charges Erin. Erin is to surprise and shocked to move when Akane pulls her mallet from hyperspace. Akane has nearly reached Erin screaming at him all the while. "YOU BAKA! WHAT DID YOU DO TO MY SISTER!" She never gets the chance to use her mallet as it lays at her feet in four pieces. Akane looks at her destroyed mallet, then back up at the group her rage boiling over. Her aura winks out when she faces two very angry Light Warriors glowing with a black cat shape aura. The group with them nervously takes a step back. "You are not to be here Miss Tendo. You have a restraining order against you until you start taking anger management classes. What happens in your sister's life is _not_ your concern unless she wants it to be." Ran Koh growls low her eyes narrow slits. "If you _ever_ attack one of my family again I will not stop at your mallet!" To accentuate her point she swipes at a tree a little over five feet away. Akane is about to tell off the white hair girl until she hears a loud crashing sound she turns in time to see the tree collapse into four pieces that were cut clean through. She stumbles back her mouth opening and closing in silence. The group of warriors continues toward the 'Joketsuzoku Village' leaving a frozen Akane. /*\*/*\ The group is only five minutes from the complex when the Light Warriors of the group stop. The others turn to look at them quizzically. The four Light Warriors take ready stances and those that use weapons draw them. The rest of the group takes their lead and draws their weapons as well. "What is it? Little sister? That crazy girl comin' at us again?" Erin asks taking a position next to Ran Koh. "No it is them again, the soldiers of 'He Who Devours the Light', come on they’re in the park!" The group heads toward the park, running past the Amazon complex. /*\*/*\ Inside the complex Che Ri is sweeping by the front window of the restaurant getting it ready for the coming customers. She looks up and sees the small group of Amazons and Light Warriors run past toward the park. She is about to shout angrily for the elders when she notices the Light Warriors are glowing their team auras. "ELDERS! COME QUICK THERE IS TROUBLE!" The three elders with Nodoka and Kasumi behind them rush into the restaurant. Che Ri reports what she has seen and where the students were heading. They then call forth the other Amazons and head out. They fall in behind the rest of the light warriors. The elders run beside the other Light Warrior leaders questions flying. "What is happening Alex?" Ku Lon asks their speed picking up as they race toward the park. "We Light Warriors felt the presence of the evil one in the park we thought they could handle it but they have sent us a message there are more of them then they first thought. The battle is raging and there are many innocents in the area." Alex explains quickly as the group enters the park. "OH MY!" Kasumi cries, as she reaches into her pocket she pulls out her cell phone and calls for Tofu and the other doctors, then she breaks off and starts to look for wounded. The group follows the sound of fighting and when they reach the center of the park they see their family and friends surrounded by black shapeless shadows. They worry that they can not fight shadows when one of the Amazon warriors slices through her opponent causing it to dissolve, only to have two more take its place. They see Ryoga and La Si fighting back to back Ryoga using chi attacks and his cat fist. They also notice a little blur running in and around the _feet_ of the demons causing damage while the warriors fight them. "Where's my daughter?" Nodoka cries looking around for Ran Koh with fear. "There she is!" Samuel puts a calming hand on her shoulder and points to above the group. Ran Koh is floating over the group throwing her Chifire at groups of demons before they reach her friends. Nodoka smiles, then cast her own lavation spell and joins her daughter with ethereal fire balls. Samuel and Alex transform and joining them in trying to keep the on rushing army away from the fighters. Tomas watches his brother with amazement, then scowls when he sees him head closer to Ran Koh. The new comers draw their weapons of choice and join the fun. The battle is fierce, and the fighters try to watch for those to stupid to run and want to watch the fight. /*\*/*\ Tofu, Derek, and Mirako run into the park they head toward the fighting when they hear Kasumi's voice calling to them. They veer toward the Tendo woman who is trying to treat the injuries of some of the passer bys that were caught in the onslaught. She fills them in telling them that some of the people are just standing and watching the fight. She explains they need to be gotten out of there. Tears stream down Kasumi's face as dozens of bodies lay about near the fighting. Kasumi has many scratches on her arms and back, wounds she received when she was pulling the injured from the battle field. Many of the bodies were of the dead. "There is nothing we can do to make them leave Kasumi, they want to watch the fighting they will stay until they are killed but maybe we can get some help. Hand me your phone." Derek tells her while taking her phone. He calls a number and quickly tells the other person on the other end what he needs. He then smiles and returns it to the young doctor in training. She looks at him with curiosity and he just smiles at her. "I have connections in fairly high places." They return to their work making their way through the park looking for the injured. Sirens grow louder as they near the park almost a dozen police cars pull up to the park with at least four officers leaving each car. The officer in charge a tall burly man for a Japanese is in control. "Remember _DO NOT_ interfere with the fight just get the bystanders out of there! If you find any injured take them to the shelter house I will send the doctor there!" He then turns and the police follow him into the park. They spread out and being moving the bystanders away from the raging battle. The burly lieutenant stares in awe of the fighters as he nears the battle. He is shaken out of his stupor when he hears his name being called. /*\*/*\ The Light Warriors can feel the battle going bad as soon as one demon is destroyed three more takes its place. They know they can't give up to many innocent lives are at stake. The Light warriors then receive some good news. "Keep up the battle, we don't have to worry about the spectators any longer the police are getting them out of the area." Ukyo telepathically tells her teammates. The warriors breath a sigh of relief then double their efforts to fight the addition of Nodoka, the elders, and the remaining fighters from the Nekohanten have been a big help but the battle is still rough going. The battle rages on when more bystanders begin to show this time the press. The Light Warriors knew they did not need this problem. The police were able to move them to the exits but not before a camera man was injured and carried off by two policemen, and not before the battle was filmed for viewing. Other warriors that have begun moving into the area, to join the war finally get through the throng of spectators. A news reporter tries to corner a 6’ 2” dark skinned gajin woman. She has short blonde hair cut in an army buzz cut. She is wearing an olive green tee-shirt and camouflage pants. On her hands are fingerless leather gloves and strapped to her back is long sword. Her steel blue eyes glare in rage at the reporter who backs away from her. The reporter watches as she jumps over the ring of dwindling bystanders, drawing her sword she attacks a nearby demon that was trying to kill one of the spectators. Ran Koh spots a group of ten demons heading for the shelter house she can just make out that there are people in the structure. She also sees the two policemen carrying the wounded cameraman toward the building. Her aura flares brightly as she knows she has to take out the demons quickly. Her golden white aura is soon enhanced by her purple and green one causing her to glow even brighter. "RAPIDFIRE CHIFIRE!" The battle temporarily pauses as demon and warrior alike turn to see the outcome. /*\*/*\ "KIMA! COME QUICKLY!" Calcoridan shouts as he turns from a musk warrior. The Phoenix woman runs into the tent an angry glare at the Musk solider standing behind her commander. Calcoridan clears his throat and glares angrily at the bird woman. "Her Rbe has sent this soldier with news gather our fighters a demon incursion has been located. The Light Warriors are in battle in Nerima park. We go to join the battle!" He turns from the warrior she stares first with shock then anger. "You _mean_ we are to help them!" Kima asks her voice low and gravelly as she points to the Musk soldier. "I GAVE YOU AN ORDER WOMAN! YES THAT IS WHY WE ARE HERE, NOW MOVE! WE LEAVE IN TWO MINUTES!" Calcoridan spins his eyes flashing with the fires of rage. Kima steps back fear passing quickly across her pretty face. She has never seen this side of Calcoridan. She bows then turns and leaves. Calcoridan then turns to his guest with a small smile. "Tell Her Rbe we will meet him at the battle." The Musk soldier bows then leaves an appreciative grin on his face.
