This is a list of new characters for Ranma of Grayskull. I have also listed their relationship to the main or other characters as needs be. I will not be putting descriptions here, that is in my other character file for my use (sorry).

Spirits of the Mist:
Jagar	Warrior King	Ancestor of Randor	Spirit liaison between Ranma and other spirits, and teacher of Spirit Weaver powers
Karamer	Dragon Sorceress of Grayskull	Sorceress during King Jagar's rein	Second liaison with spirits and will help Jagar train Ranma, and Nodoka
New Characters on Eternia
Kadar	Noble of Eternia	Snobbish Cousin of King Randor	Doesn't like Ranma and the fact she has access to prime realestate.
Sakin	Noble of Eternia	Kadar's mother	Not yet met but talked about, and doesn't like nobles being rude to anyone.
New Characters on Etheria
Maldar	Leader of race from Kalcar	Bent on conquest of the universe	Will try to claim Ranma much like Kuno but with a not quite genius IQ.

Elisa Tanaka	Kasumi's new landlady	a widow	Rents out rooms to college students but will allow Kasumi to be a full time resident.
Seioko Kentou	Nabiki's High Price Lawyer	Nabiki refuses to allow him to help Akane	Gives Soun the business card of another lawyer.
Eric Rancher	Lawyer for Kuno Foundation	Sent to repersent Akane on condition that Soun make Kuno Akane's and the Pigtailed girl's fiance.	Soun threatens Samurai will spill the blood of Samurai if Kuno comes near his family again.
Mesuko Keneko	Akane's Lawyer	Has a past with Eric Rancher	Wants it to stay in past.
Lily	Amazon Ambassador Elder	Adopted Mother and grandmother of Nodoka and Ranma	Mousse's real Grandmother
Elisa Tanaka	Landlady of Kasumi's new apartment	Helps Kasumi avoid old life	n/a (at this time)
Seioko Kentou	Lawyer for Nabiki	Nabiki will only pay for him defending her	Helped Soun get a Lawyer for Akane
Eric Rancher	Lawyer from Kuno Foundation	Kuno agreed to pay Akane's lawyer fees and court costs BUT only of Soun engaged her and Ranko to him.	Soun got a back bone and said stuff it!
