Nodoka is dying, and Ranma is trying to find a cure for his mother, with no luck. Than one day, Ranma hearing about a wise woman in the mountain that might have a technique that wellsave his mother. Ranma found her (or she found him). Ranma found out, that she is from another realm and can not leave the mountain, but she can teach him to cure his mother. The price is his manhood.

Ranma-chan returns to the hospital and uses the spell to cure her mother but, not only did she cure her mother, but cure everone in the hospital and everyone lives though Ranma's life in a couple minutes.
