Ranma and Ryoga are fighting, when Ryoga has gotten them lost. Then Ryoga lost Ranma. The elves found Ranma (in his female body).

The Realm is a mix of technolgy and magic. There are no humans at all and Ranma is also the only one that is a Martial Artist. The elves are building a star Empire.
