Ranma walking through the park just after getting splashed by the old sidewalk lady is attacked by Ryoga. She decides to work off the frustrations of her life and goes all out. Mousse watching the battle pulls out a magical powder he stole from Cologne. He quietly appolagises to Ryoga and throws the powder into the battle.

Unknown to him Kuno spots him and when he sees his beloved pig-tailed goddess start to disappear he lashes out at an unprepared Mousse who falls into the last reminants of the spell.

The three of them land roughly in the middle of a raid by Dracoian soldiers. The three lend a hand, finding very quickly the surprises the Dracoian warriors hold.

The three martial artists call an unstable truce till they can get home. Mousse and Ryoga thinking of a way to make sure Ranma does not come back eith them. While looking for a way home, Ranma uses the 'Saotome Anything Goes Foot in Mouth Technique' and angers a black mage who locks him in his female form.
